Now the Catholic Church is going online and using some tools to chat with the youths. He even tries to chat with me too, I would admit, who does have some press exposure & always have some interests in institutions. You can now find him on his own website, YouTube, Facebook, iPhone, Wiki & hopefully some more soon.
More of a Personal Update

This is more of a personal update to projects & goings to polou multimedia & family goings. I do not know when its spring what it is like for you, but for me, its more like a busy body to get your bud going and clean up and get rid of stuff. In my terms, I am slow in doing that due to severe allergies & resting more also the fact is that half of the time, or more Twitter took a bit of a time due to their increase of their popularity. I am in a progress of testing my Windows 7 beta/RC for my computers. I also am using one flavor of Ubuntu, Xubuntu via Sun Virtual Box. In the other news: it was my cats birthday at the end of April. They both grow a year older. They become more mature I hope. They are part of my life besides work. The outdoors have flowers blooming. The sun is shinning. April was full of showers. May will be the start of the BBQ season if u are a fan of the smell, like me. Oops, before I forget, DonoMia would occasionally appear on midoriNpolou Twitter to say a few words.

Computer Worm Set to Strike on April Fools Day!

This worm is to hit on Apr 1 randomly-- Canada ISP addresses are to be hit, so far.
The first stage of an expected Internet computer worm is to infect millions of units, then, on April 1, force them to randomly connect to 50,000 URLs a day.
The Canadian Internet Registration Authority, which manages Canada's dot-ca domain name registry, says Conficker C is the latest variant of a malicious Internet software program that acts in two stages.
In a news release Tuesday, the authority said the first stage is to infect millions of computers, and then, on April 1 it will force computers to randomly connect to 50,000 web URLs a day.

One Expensive DSLR Camera

Technology taking over or enhancing the photography world? I do have some mixed feelings on the higher megapixels camera(s). I also have mixed feelings on the advanced technology itself, but when it comes to photography, with some of the people still preferring using films or Polaroid films or using DSLR together, there is hope that photography will be preserved well into decades or centuries to come.
I doubt I could ever purchase this above camera or use this camera professionally.

Thought Facebook is done with change? Oh, they are not done! Not fully done at all. The homepage that you have been visiting will be changing as of next week. After that, lets look at their TOS too. Thus far, the pages change are a okay, but oops, I can tell you that I am sorry that it looks like my personal profile.

Is the hello & greet overtaken by social networking?
I read this article on Huffingtonpost. Yup, of all media. Technology does a lot of good: ie: social causes, communicating with distant relatives, past classmates, lost friends, making lives easier and of course, having massive amount of entertainment. I did not like the 25 things you should know about me from Facebook. I am not into tagging another 25. I do not have that much time to read. I am very reluctant to post my actual Facebook link expect my business link to the rest of the world. Most likely, I will be very allergic (a bit exaggerated) to too many contacts and cannot remember what or whom the people are for. A few days ago, I saw a list of 8 things you should know about me. I really feel that nowadays that some of us are far too bare-all without realizing the consequences. When the hollering comes: ie: Facebook about on Privacy Policy, we squeal and Twitter our fears. I am happy to share what my reading/bookmark lists are to my photographic works and some personal thoughts. If you want to find me on Facebook, you just have to find me on the Pages, just like my readers. I am midori0e/indigo, and respects her own boundaries.

Innovations, so they called, will be the future despite of the downturn of the economy. People will still need to use gadgets, electricity, medicines, health care, eat, work, and have a place to live in.
